| Track down your Parcel
If you've waited a few days and you still don't have the package:
# See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
# Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
# Check to see if you have been left a Card requesting a collection or re-delivery.
If you have checked the above and still dont have your package please read on. |

Royal Mail 2nd class
* No online tracking available. Please wait for possible late delivery within 8 days after dispatch. If there has been no delivery attempt within this time, please contact Royal Mail delivery depot to locate your parcel. Your Royal Mail Hotline: 08457 740740.
* If the parcel cannot be located by the carrier 8 days after dispatch please contact Monster Fishing Customer Service.

Courier Parcels (Rods and Heavy Items)
*Sent with APC Overnight. Please contact us for any information regarding tracking or missing items.
Please note: NO Refunds will be issued until the Courier Company declares that the item is indeed missing and issues insurance for the lost goods.
*Other Delivery Terms
If a courier or postal service has attempted a delivery and you have failed to collect or sign for the goods. OR You have failed to contact the couirer for redelivery of your items using the "Courier Attempted Delivery Card" contact details.
You must contact us within 7 working days fro attempted delivery. If you fail to do this a refund with the postal/courier service may be exempt due to their "Terms"

| Overseas Delivery Information
Courier Delivery Terms for Overseas
*Sent with either APC Overnight, DHL Euro, FedEX, or UPS depending on location and rates.
All postal items will be insured and tracked. Please note if you are unable to find your country in the shipping selection at the checkout please contact us for accurate shipping quotes.
You need to allow at least 14 working days from dispatch before you submit a missing goods claim with us.

Although we will try to complete our investigation as soon as possible, it can take up to 30 business days before we reach a conclusion. You can now recycle your old electricals with us.
If you're buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for free
Why recycle? Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
Please return our electricals for recycling to: Monster Fishing, Unit 3c, Rosevear Rd, Bugle St Austell, PL26 8PJ
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE? The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
